Mercey is a French municipality with 50 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the Eure in the region Normandy (before 2016 Haute-Normandie ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Les Andelys (until 2017 Évreux ) and the canton of Pacy-sur-Eure (until 2015 Vernon-Sud ). The inhabitants are called Merceyens .

Mercey is located about 22 kilometers east-northeast of Évreux . Mercey is surrounded by the neighboring communities of La Chapelle-Longueville in the north and west, Saint-Marcel in the east and northeast, Saint-Vincent-des-Bois in the south and Houlbec-Cocherel in the southwest.

The A13 autoroute runs through the municipality .
