Rouvray is a French municipality with 263 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the Eure in the region Normandy (before 2016 Haute-Normandie ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Les Andelys (until 2017 Évreux ) and the canton of Pacy-sur-Eure (until 2015 Vernon-Sud ). The inhabitants are called Rouvrayens .

Rouvray is about nineteen kilometers east-northeast of Évreux . Rouvray is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Chambray in the north and west, Houlbec-Cocherel in the east and northeast and Ménilles in the south and southeast.
