Les Thilliers-en-Vexin is a French municipality with 494 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Eure in the region Normandy (before 2016 Haute-Normandie ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Les Andelys and the canton of Gisors (until 2015 Étrépagny ). The inhabitants are called Thillierois .

Les Thilliers-en-Vexin is about seventy kilometers east-southeast of Rouen . Les Thilliers-en-Vexin is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Villers-en-Vexin in the north and north-west, Vesly in the east, Authevernes in the south and south-east and Vexin-sur-Epte in the south and west.
