Terres de Bord is a French commune with 1,484 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Eure department in the Normandy region . It belongs to the arrondissement of Les Andelys and the canton of Pont-de-l'Arche .
It was created with effect from January 1, 2017 as Commune nouvelle through the amalgamation of the previously independent municipalities Montaure and Tostes , which have the status of a Commune déléguée in the new municipality . The administrative headquarters are in Montaure.

geography
The municipality is located around 20 kilometers as the crow flies south of downtown Rouen .
The neighboring communities are:
- Criquebeuf-sur-Seine in the north,
- Pont-de-l'Arche in the northeast,
- Val-de-Reuil in the east,
- Louviers in the southeast,
- Surville in the south,
- Crasville in the southwest,
- La Haye-Malherbe in the west and

The river Seine runs just outside the northern municipal boundary .
