Villers-en-Vexin is a French municipality with 318 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Eure in the region Normandy (before 2016 Haute-Normandie ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Les Andelys and the canton of Gisors (until 2015: canton of Étrépagny ). The inhabitants are called Villersiens .

Villers-en-Vexin is about 66 kilometers east-southeast of Rouen . Villers-en-Vexin is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Sainte-Marie-de-Vatimesnil in the north and northwest, Gamaches-en-Vexin in the north and northeast, Vesly in the east, Les Thilliers-en-Vexin in the southeast, Vexin-sur-Epte in the south and Mouflaines in the west.
