Martagny is a French municipality with 152 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Eure in the region Normandy (before 2016 Haute-Normandie ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Les Andelys and the canton of Romilly-sur-Andelle (until 2015: canton of Gisors ).

Martagny is about 70 kilometers east-southeast of Rouen . Martagny is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Montroty in the north, Neuf-Marché in the north and northeast, Mesnil-sous-Vienne in the south and east and Bézu-la-Forêt in the west.
