Lilly is a French commune with a population of 84 (as at 1st January 2017) in the department of Eure in the region Normandy (before 2016 Haute-Normandie ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Les Andelys and the canton of Romilly-sur-Andelle (until 2015 Lyons-la-Forêt ). The inhabitants are called Lilliaciens .

Lilly is about 43 kilometers east-southeast of Rouen . Lilly is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Fleury-la-Forêt in the north, Bosquentin in the east, Morgny in the south and Beauficel-en-Lyons in the west.
