Poses is located about 18 kilometers south-southeast of Rouen on the Seine and Lac de Deux Amants . Poses is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Pîtres in the north and north-west, Amfreville-sous-les-Monts in the north and east, Vatteville in the south-east, Val-de-Reuil in the south and west and Léry in the west and south-west.
