Heudreville-sur-Eure is located about 34 kilometers south-southeast of Rouen on the western bank of the Eure . Heudreville-sur-Eure is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Acquigny in the north and northwest, Ailly in the northeast, Clef Vallée d'Eure with Fontaine-Heudebourg in the east, Cailly-sur-Eure in the southeast, Irreville in the south, La Chapelle-du-Bois -des-Faulx in the southwest and La Vacherie in the west.
