Hécourt is a French commune of 330 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the Eure in the region Normandy (before 2016 Haute-Normandie ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Les Andelys (until 2017 Évreux ) and the canton of Pacy-sur-Eure . The inhabitants are called Hécourtais .

geography

Hécourt is about nineteen kilometers east-southeast of Évreux . The Eure limits on the west side. Hécourt is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Aigleville in the north, Chaignes in the northeast, Villegats in the east and northeast, Breuilpont in the south and southeast, Merey in the southwest, Gadencourt in the west and Fains and Pacy-sur-Eure in the northwest.
