Porte-de-Seine is a French commune with a population of 207 (as at 1st January 2017) in the department of Eure in the region of Normandy . It belongs to the arrondissement of Les Andelys and the canton of Val-de-Reuil .
It was created as Commune nouvelle with effect from January 1, 2018 through the merger of the formerly independent municipalities of Porte-Joie and Tournedos-sur-Seine , which have the status of a Commune déléguée in the new municipality . The administrative headquarters are in Porte-Joie.

Porte-de-Seine is located about 25 kilometers south-southeast of Rouen on the Seine . Porte-de-Seine is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Val-de-Reuil in the north and west, Vatteville in the north-east, Connelles in the east, Herqueville in the east and south-east, Andé in the south, Saint-Pierre-du-Vauvray in the south and south-west as well Saint-Étienne-du-Vauvray to the west.
