Douville-sur-Andelle is a French municipality with 446 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Eure in the region Normandy (before 2016 Haute-Normandie ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Les Andelys and the canton of Romilly-sur-Andelle (until 2015 Fleury-sur-Andelle ). The inhabitants are called Douvillois .

Douville-sur-Andelle is about 30 kilometers southeast of Rouen . Douville-sur-Andelle is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Pont-Saint-Pierre in the north and west, Radepont in the east and north-east, Amfreville-les-Champs in the south and Flipou in the south-west.
