Radepont is a French municipality with 657 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the Eure in the region of Normandy ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Les Andelys and the canton of Romilly-sur-Andelle . The place is on the banks of the Andelle River .

Attractions
From the Cistercian Abbey of Fontaine-Guérard , which was founded in the 11th century, only ruins of the Gothic , Anglo-Norman buildings remain , for example the abbey church , the convent and the chapel . The abbey was dissolved and sold during the French Revolution (1789-1799). In 1937 it was officially recognized as a historical monument . A romantic park was created on the site in the 19th century. Parts of the park are part of a project that tries to create authentic monastery gardens .
In the 19th century, a neo-Gothic cathedral- style spinning mill was built near the ruins of the abbey . The walls of the abandoned abbey served as a "quarry". The spinning mill was closed after a fire in 1946 and bought by the Eure department around 1960. It is to remain in its current state as an industrial monument.
