Amfreville-sous-les-Monts is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Romilly-sur-Andelle in the north, Flipou in the east and northeast, Heuqueville in the southeast, Vatteville in the south, Porte-de-Seine in the southwest, Poses in the west and Pîtres in the northwest.
