Authevernes is a French commune of 400 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Eure in the region Normandy (before 2016 Haute-Normandie ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Les Andelys and the canton of Gisors . The inhabitants are called Authevernois .
geography
Authevernes is about 75 kilometers east-southeast of Rouen . Authevernes is surrounded by the neighboring communities Vesly in the north, Guerny in the east and northeast, Château-sur-Epte in the southeast, Vexin-sur-Epte in the south and west and Les Thilliers-en-Vexin in the northwest.
