Val d'Orger is a French commune with 982 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Eure department in the Normandy region . It belongs to the canton of Romilly-sur-Andelle and the Arrondissement of Les Andelys .

It was created with effect from January 1, 2017 as Commune nouvelle through the amalgamation of the previously independent municipalities Grainville and Gaillardbois-Cressenville , which have the status of a Commune déléguée in the new municipality . The administrative seat is in Grainville.
