Mouflaines is a French municipality with 167 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Eure in the region Normandy (before 2016 Haute-Normandie ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Les Andelys and the canton of Gisors (until 2015 Étrépagny ). The inhabitants are called Mouflainois .

Mouflaines is about 55 kilometers east-southeast of Rouen . Mouflaines is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Richeville in the north and north-west, Sainte-Marie-de-Vatimesnil in the north, Villers-en-Vexin in the east, Vexin-sur-Epte in the south and Harquency in the west.
