Villegats is a French commune of 350 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the Eure in the region Normandy (before 2016 Haute-Normandie ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Les Andelys (until 2017 Évreux ) and the canton of Pacy-sur-Eure . The inhabitants are called Villegatois .
