Houville-en-Vexin is a French municipality with 233 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Eure in the region Normandy (before 2016 Haute-Normandie ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Les Andelys and the canton of Romilly-sur-Andelle (until 2015 Fleury-sur-Andelle ). The inhabitants are called Houvillais .

Houville-en-Vexin is about 27 kilometers southeast of Rouen . Houville-en-Vexin is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Bacqueville in the north, Écouis in the east and north-east, Frenelles-en-Vexin in the east and south-east, Cuverville in the south, Heuqueville in the west and south-west and Amfreville-les-Champs in the north-west.
