Guerny is a French municipality with 172 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Eure in the region Normandy (before 2016 Haute-Normandie ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Les Andelys and the canton of Gisors . The inhabitants are called Guernysia .

Guerny is located about 75 kilometers east-southeast of Rouen on the Epte . Guerny is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Noyers in the north, Dangu in the north and northeast, Boury-en-Vexin in the northeast, Saint-Clair-sur-Epte in the south and east, Château-sur-Epte in the south and southwest and Authevernes in the west and Southwest.
