Courcelles-sur-Seine is located about 40 kilometers south-southeast of Rouen on an arch of the Seine . Courcelles-sur-Seine is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Bouafles in the north, Port-Mort in the east and south-east, Gaillon in the south and south-east, Le Val d'Hazey with Aubevoye in the south and west and Villers-sur-le-Roule in the north-west.
