Le Thil is a French municipality with 539 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Eure in the region Normandy (before 2016 Haute-Normandie ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Les Andelys and the canton of Gisors (until 2015 Étrépagny ). The inhabitants are called Thillois .

Le Thil is about 55 kilometers east-southeast of Rouen . Le Thil is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Nojeon-en-Vexin in the north, Doudeauville-en-Vexin in the north-east, Étrépagny in the east, Hacqueville in the south, Farceaux in the south and south-west and Saussay-la-Campagne in the west and north-west.
