Chambray is a French municipality with 423 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Eure in the region of Normandy . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Les Andelys and the Canton of Pacy-sur-Eure (until 2015: Canton of Vernon-Nord ).

Chambray is about twelve kilometers east-northeast of Évreux and about 13 kilometers west-southwest of Vernon . Chambray is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Autheuil-Authouillet in the north and northwest, Sainte-Colombe-près-Vernon in the northeast, Houlbec-Cocherel in the east and southeast, Rouvray in the southeast, Jouy-sur-Eure in the south and Fontaine-sous-Jouy in the West and southwest.
