Frenelles-en-Vexin is a French commune with 1,689 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Eure in the region of Normandy . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Les Andelys and the Canton of Les Andelys .
Frenelles-en-Vexin was created as Commune nouvelle with effect from January 1, 2019 through the amalgamation of the previously independent municipalities Boisemont , Corny and Fresne-l'Archevêque , which have the status of a Commune déléguée in the new municipality . The administrative headquarters are in Boisemont.

Frenelles-en-Vexin is located around 40 kilometers southeast of the city center of Rouen in the Vexin Normand region . Neighboring municipalities are Écouis and Mesnil-Verclives in the north, Saussay-la-Campagne in the northeast, Farceaux in the east, Suzay in the southeast, Harquency in the south and southeast, Les Andelys in the south, Cuverville in the west and southwest and Houville-en-Vexin in the west and northwest.
