Fresne-l'Archevêque is a village and a former French community with 562 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Eure in the region of Normandy . It belonged to the Arrondissement of Les Andelys and the Canton of Les Andelys . The inhabitants are called Fréxinois .

With effect from January 1, 2019, the former municipalities of Boisemont , Corny and Fresne-l'Archevêque were merged to form the Commune nouvelle Frenelles-en-Vexin and have the status of a Commune déléguée in the new municipality . The administrative headquarters are in Boisemont.

Fresne-l'Archevêque is about 31 kilometers southeast of Rouen . Neighborhoods of Fresne-l'Archevêque are Écouis in the north and east, Corny in the east, Les Andelys in the south, Cuverville in the west and Houville-en-Vexin in the north-west.
