Perruel is a French municipality with 469 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Eure in the region Normandy (before 2016 Haute-Normandie ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Les Andelys and the canton of Romilly-sur-Andelle (until 2015 Fleury-sur-Andelle ). The inhabitants are called Perruelia .

Perruel is about 27 kilometers east of Rouen . Perruel is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Denis-le-Thiboult in the north and north-west, Vascœuil in the north and north-east, Les Hogues in the east, Perriers-sur-Andelle in the south, Letteguives in the south-west and Auzouville-sur-Ry in the west.
