Fontaine-Bellenger is a French commune with 1,150 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Eure in the region of Normandy ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Les Andelys and the canton of Gaillon (until 2015: canton of Gaillon-Campagne ). The inhabitants are called Bellengerois .

Fontaine-Bellenger lies between the western bank of the Seine and the eastern bank of the Eure . Fontaine-Bellenger is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Heudebouville in the north and west, Venables in the east, Le Val d'Hazey with Vieux-Villez in the south-east, Ailly in the south and Acquigny in the south-west.

The A13 autoroute runs through the municipality .
