Autheuil-Authouillet is surrounded by the neighboring communities Clef Vallée d'Eure with Écardenville-sur-Eure in the north and west, Saint-Aubin-sur-Gaillon in the northeast, Champenard in the east and northeast, Sainte-Colombe-près-Vernon in the east, Chambray in the south and south-east, Fontaine-sous-Jouy in the south and Saint-Vigor in the south-west.
