Vaux-sur-Eure is a French commune of 270 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the Eure in the region Normandy (before 2016 Haute-Normandie ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Les Andelys (until 2017 Évreux ) and the canton of Pacy-sur-Eure . The inhabitants are called Vallois .

Vaux-sur-Eure is about fourteen kilometers east-northeast of Évreux . The Eure delimits the community in the east and northeast. Vaux-sur-Eure is surrounded by the neighboring communities Hardencourt-Cocherel in the north and west, Ménilles in the east and north-east, Croisy-sur-Eure in the south and Caillouet-Orgeville and Boncourt in the south-west.
