Morgny is a French municipality with 656 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Eure in the region Normandy (before 2016 Haute-Normandie ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Les Andelys and the canton of Gisors (until 2015 Étrépagny ). The inhabitants are called Morgnysia .

Morgny is about 60 kilometers east-southeast of Rouen . Morgny is surrounded by the neighboring communities Lilly and Bosquentin in the north, Bézu-la-Forêt in the northeast, Longchamps in the east and southeast, Nojeon-en-Vexin in the south, La Neuve-Grange in the south and southwest, Puchay in the west and southwest and Lyons -la-Forêt to the west.
