The Andelle is a river in France that runs in the Normandy region . It rises in the Pays de Bray landscape , in the municipality of Serqueux , generally drains in a south-westerly direction through the historic province of Vexin Normand and, after 57 kilometers, flows into the Seine as a right tributary in the municipality of Pîtres . On its way, the Andelle crosses the Seine-Maritime and Eure departments .
