The canton Val-de-Reuil is a French administrative unit in the Arrondissement Les Andelys in the department of Eure in the region of Normandy ; its capital is Val-de-Reuil . Janick Lesoeur ( PS ) has been a representative in the General Council of the Department since 2001 .
