The Canton Écos was 2015 a French constituency in Arrondissement of Les Andelys , in Eure and in the region of Haute-Normandie ; its main town was Écos , the last representative in the General Council of the Département was Michel Jouyet ( UMP ) from 1992 to 2015 .
