Saint-Pierre-lès-Elbeuf lies on an arch of the Seine , into which the Eure flows here. It is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Saint-Aubin-lès-Elbeuf in the north, Freneuse in the northeast, Martot (Eure department) in the east, Le Haye-Malherbe (Eure department) and Saint-Didier-des-Bois (Eure department) in the south , Saint-Cyr-la-Campagne (Département Eure) and Elbeuf in the southwest and Caudebec-lès-Elbeuf in the west.
