Saint-Aubin-lès-Elbeuf is a French commune in the Seine-Maritime department in the administrative region of Normandy .
The municipality is located in the arrondissement of Rouen in the canton of Elbeuf . It is located on the right bank of the Seine in a loop of the river, opposite the city of Elbeuf .
Until 1931 the municipality was called Saint-Aubin-jouxte-Boulleng. There is a horse racing track in the village .
The total population on January 1, 2017 was 8,309.
