Pissy-Pôville is about eleven kilometers northwest of Rouen. Pissy-Pôville is surrounded by the Fresquiennes in the north, Eslettes in the northeast, Malaunay in the east and southeast, Saint-Jean-du-Cardonnay in the south, Roumare in the southwest and Barentin in the west.

The A151 autoroute leads through the municipality.
