Sainte-Croix-sur-Buchy is a French municipality with 697 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy . It belongs to the arrondissement of Rouen and the canton of Le Mesnil-Esnard (until 2015: canton Buchy ). The inhabitants are called Saint-Cruciens .

Sainte-Croix-sur-Buchy is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Estouteville-Écalles and Buchy in the north, Bosc-Roger-sur-Buchy in the east and northeast, Héronchelles in the southeast, Ernemont-sur-Buchy in the south, Saint-Germain-des- Essourts in the southwest and Vieux-Manoir in the west.
