Fultot is a French commune of 220 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy (before 2016 Haute-Normandie ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Rouen and the canton of Yvetot (until 2015: canton of Doudeville ).

Fultot is located about 42 kilometers north-northwest of Rouen in the Pays de Caux . Fultot is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Anglesqueville-la-Bras-Long in the north, Gonzeville in the east, Doudeville in the south and Hautot-l'Auvray in the west.
