Le Torp-Mesnil is a French municipality with 441 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy (before 2016 Haute-Normandie ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Rouen and the canton of Yvetot (until 2015 Doudeville ).
