Bois-d'Ennebourg is surrounded by the neighboring communities Bois-l'Évêque in the north, Martainville-Épreville in the north-east, Auzouville-sur-Ry in the east, Fresne-le-Plan in the east and south-east, Montmain in the south, Saint-Aubin- Épinay in the southwest and Saint-Jacques-sur-Darnétal in the west and northwest.
