Saussay is a French municipality with 376 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy (before 2016: Haute-Normandie ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Rouen and the canton of Yvetot (until 2015: canton of Yerville ).

Saussay is about 24 kilometers north-northwest of Rouen . Neighboring communities of Saussay are Ectot-l'Auber in the north, Ancretiéville-Saint-Victor in the northeast, Émanville in the east and southeast, Limésy in the south, Auzouville-l'Esneval in the west and Saint-Martin-aux-Arbres in the north-west.
