Saint-Aubin-Celloville is located about eleven kilometers south-southeast of Rouen near the Seine . Saint-Aubin-Celloville is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Belbeuf in the north and north-west, Franqueville-Saint-Pierre in the north-east, Boos in the east, Quévreville-la-Poterie in the east and south-east, Ymare in the south and Gouy in the west and south-west.
The Rouen Airport lies partly in the municipal area.

In 1823 Saint-Aubin-la-Campagne and Celloville were merged.
