Amfreville-la-Mi-Voie is a few kilometers south-southeast of Rouen on the Seine . Amfreville-la-Mi-Voie is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Bonsecours in the north and north-west, Le Mesnil-Esnard in the east, Belbeuf in the south-east, Oissel in the south, Saint-Étienne-du-Rouvray in the west and south-west and Sotteville-lès-Rouen in the west and northwest.
The former route nationale 15 (today's D6015) runs through the municipality .
