Saint-Aignan-sur-Ry is a French municipality with 348 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy (before 2016: Haute-Normandie ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Rouen and the canton of Le Mesnil-Esnard (until 2015: canton Buchy ). The inhabitants are called Saint-Agnanais .

Saint-Aignan-sur-Ry is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Catenay in the north and west, Boissay in the north and northeast, Le Héron in the east, Elbeuf-sur-Andelle in the southeast, Saint-Denis-le-Thiboult and Ry in the south and Blainville -Crevon in the west.
