Roncherolles-sur-le-Vivier is located about eight kilometers east-northeast of Rouen and is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Fontaine-sous-Préaux in the north and northeast, Préaux in the north and northwest, Saint-Jacques-sur-Darnétal in the south and east, Darnétal in the Southeast and Saint-Martin-du-Vivier to the west.
