Saint-Georges-sur-Fontaine is located about eleven kilometers north-northeast of Rouen in the Pays de Caux . Saint-Georges-sur-Fontaine is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Fontaine-le-Bourg in the north, Claville-Motteville in the north and north-east, Saint-André-sur-Cailly in the east, Quincampoix in the south and Bosc-Guérard-Saint-Adrien in the West.
