Blacqueville is a French municipality with 707 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy . The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement of Rouen and the Canton of Barentin (until 2015: Canton Pavilly ). The inhabitants are called Blacquevillais .

Blacqueville is about 20 kilometers northwest of Rouen . Bardouville is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Croix-Mare in the north and northeast, Mesnil-Panneville in the northeast, Bouville in the east, Saint-Paër and Épinay-sur-Duclair in the south, Sainte-Marguerite-sur-Duclair in the south and southwest, Carville- la-Folletière to the west and Saint Martin de l'If to the west and north-west.
