Belbeuf is about six kilometers southeast of Rouen on the Seine . Belbeuf is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Amfreville-la-Mi-Voie in the north and north-west, Le Mesnil-Esnard in the north, Franqueville-Saint-Pierre in the north-east, Saint-Aubin-Celloville in the east and south-east and Saint-Étienne-du-Rouvray in the West.
The former route nationale 15 (today's D6015) runs through the municipality .
