Prétot-Vicquemare is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Bénesville in the north and north-west, Reuville in the east and north-east, Saint-Laurent-en-Caux in the east, Boudeville in the south-east, Berville-en-Caux in the south and Étalleville in the west.
