The Canton Doudeville was a 2015 French constituency in Arrondissement of Rouen , in the Seine-Maritime and the region Haute-Normandie ; its main town was Doudeville , and Erick Malandrin ( DVD ) was the last representative in the General Council of the Département from 2008 to 2015 .
